Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Grille Perfect tools. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns simple.

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and new condition.

How to Request a Return
Log into your account at grilleperfect.com, find your order, and submit a return request. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on where to send your item. Returns are shipped back to our fulfillment center.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return the original item and place a new order.
